Izoprojekt sp. z o.o. (Izoprojekt) has been an active CADMATIC user since the company was founded in 2006. The Wloclawek-based Polish engineering company offers a wide range of design services for the energy, chemical and petrochemical industries. Izoprojekt has used CADMATIC efficiently on both small and large multidisciplinary projects. A recent impressive project completed by the company with CADMATIC is the technical documentation for an ULTRA-A-200TM air separation plant for Anwil SA.
Izoprojekt has achieved success by hiring highly-qualified employees with extensive experience in their domains and by using modern tools in their design work. In Poland the company adheres to Polish Codes and UDT requirements, but its employees have also gained experience in applying most international standards in their design work.
Izoprojekt strives to continuously improve the skills of its staff by training them in modern design practices and the use of new and modern tools that support designers. The design tasks and activities at Izoprojekt are completed with professional calculation and CAD software that supports 2D & 3D design.
Izoprojekt has used CADMATIC for all of its 3D design projects, which include a wide range of projects starting from small technology nodes to multidisciplinary projects such as paint factories or air separator unit plants. According to Izoprojekt Project Manager, Ms Grazyna Lemiech, it is especially in large projects that CADMATIC is very helpful in detecting possible errors or collisions.
“It provides us and our customers with great satisfaction to be able to review projects in the CADMATIC eBrowser application. With this tool we can quickly and easily carry out a virtual plant inspection. This helps us and our customers to easily review the plant design, which makes it easy to identify any adjustments that may be needed. CADMATIC also has the useful ability to create material specifications. This is particularly important when many independent objects exist in the model”
says Ms Lemiech
“Working with CADMATIC software, especially version 6, gives us a lot of satisfaction and makes it possible to considerably increase the efficiency of design work. It also shortens the time required to produce the technical documentation”
Ms Lemiech points out.
One of the Izoprojekt’s largest commissions to date has been the design of the technical documentation of an ULTRA-A-200TM air separation plant, with daily capacity of 210 tonnes, for Anwil SA. The plant’s process design was completed by AMCS Corp. The model is part of the ULTRA Series® of customized and highly efficient multi-product plants. The impressive plant produces gaseous oxygen and nitrogen along with liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen and liquid argon.
